Niapoa Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of Niapoa, an Android application for direct and resumable transfer of user-selected files to Google Drive.

1. Service

Niapoa provides file-transfer and related file-management features, including direct and resumable transfer of user-selected files to supported Google Drive destinations, transfer verification, queue management, and optional local cleanup.

2. User files and accounts

Users remain responsible for their files, Google account, device, and selected destinations. Keep appropriate backups of important data and confirm transfers before relying on local deletion or move features.

3. Authorization

Google account access uses Google's OAuth authorization system. Users may disconnect Niapoa or revoke its access through their Google Account. Niapoa does not ask users to provide their Google password directly to the app.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use Niapoa to violate law or third-party rights, transfer content you have no right to transfer, bypass service security controls, distribute malware, or harm users, devices, networks, or services.

5. Third-party services

Google Drive and Google OAuth are operated by Google. Their availability, policies, quotas, restrictions, and terms are controlled by Google and may affect Niapoa. Niapoa is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

6. Availability

Niapoa may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued. Features can behave differently across devices, Android versions, networks, and third-party service configurations.

7. No warranty

Niapoa is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that every transfer will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at a particular speed.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated as the application evolves. The effective date will be revised when a new version is published.
